Yikes.

If you're accidentally clicking on that ad (ie. when you're not activley trying to), I'd definitely be getting a better mouse. It may hurt Steve's ad revenue a bit, but I'm sure he'll live.
As for what mouse, I'd get a
Logitech G5 or a
Razer Diamondback, Copperhead, or Habu. Why do I make those suggestions? Well, that's a whole other thread, but suffice to say they're good mice that will serve you better then cheaper, lower quality, less efficient alternatives.
The #1 rule when buying a computer mouse is to find one that suits YOUR needs/style/preferences. Even if everyone says "this mouse is the best", if it doesn't suit your particular preferences, it won't help you.
