Hey Lauxa

I really admire you for your commitment to doing and sharing this experiemnt ...i see from your posts that your outlook does shift sometimes you are up and others down, that reminds me of myself.

I agree with whoever pointed out about the emotions being the things that the universe responds to - I'm wondering if having the same affirmation regardless of if you feel up or down is a good idea? If you feel low an affirmation such as 'Im not happy' will surely draw unhappiness to you?

whereas if you feel more hopeful saying im not happy might work because its more 'dare i affirm this? I double dare myself!'

I try to use steves idea of overwhelming force (see audio - i think its the using patterns for personal development podcast) in my LOA. so i might use affirmations one day then make a mind movie then viualise another day

I find EFT very useful in getting past the gremlins. its all about getting past them rather than facing them head on i think
