Thanks Apollia for the info. But I am not in the US, I am in India and the rules
are completely different. The card which I have is not VISA enabled so I cannot use it for internet transactions. I tried to find a way around when I wanted to register for CGW3 but finally gave up.
Anyways, things will change soon so I am not worrying about it too much.
