I read this somewhere...

do 45 minutes of cardio in the morning
then another 45 minutes of cardio in the evening

Cut down food quantity by 25% (you can still eat what you want).

In about 6 weeks, you will have lost massive amounts of weight. And, this makes perfect sense, too (consume less calories, burn more).
