why can we evolve and as our intelligence expands, we can see things that have already been there? all the resources available are the same, all the science going on is the same. but now we can connect the dots better.

why can we take resources and mix them together and create a cure for a disease??

if there is a god....then it created disease and it created the recipe to cure it. and then the whole point of evolving is to solve these mysteries. it's like life is a game. the prize is out there, we just gotta work hard to find it.

another idea is, life is this unpredictable 'thing' and it's a battle between the resources and the viruses that attack it. and discoveries are the 'system' trying to fend off these attacks.

i think this idea of us unravelling the mysteries of life is just our collective ability to think backwards, better. Thats why i dont think that it is evolution vs creation....they're the same thing. just one theory thinks back to the begining, and the other thinks back only a short distance in time. but they're part of the same thing...and as we discover more things we'll connect the dots between the two.

what are your thoughts
I understand your resoning with Creation and evolution being the same thing, and I agree. Evolution is the creation, but I don't think it's so much of us "discovering" things as much as it might be a case of things being "shown" to us. I don't believe that deseases are created by God, they cause by his rejection, it's apart of the "breaking down" process when something that's designed to work, dosen't work because we as human beings, chose to ruin it. And the cures, God give to us to then fix it, sinse it was our fault, and if we're faced with the task to fix it, then we're likely not to mess it up again.
