Fresh raw vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, actually most raw veggies.
I also feel good when I include apple cider vinegar in my diet as a dressing for my veggies.
I avoid fried foods and other fats and stay away from desserts hight in fats and sugars.
I feel better when I follow this plan of eating and exercise.
