What a W-2 is i don't know either (I'm not a from the usa), but i do know that it says in the ad:
"The ability to communicate effectively with other staff members and delegate responsibilities to others as a cohesive team."
Which may be a problem if you're slow on english, but I can't qualify your level of english from an internet forum.
But all anyone can say who doesn't do the work or manages the applications is:
Apply for the job and see if you get it.
You've got nothing to lose. If you don't get the job you're at exactly the same position you are when you don't apply, but when you get it it's a better position. |
