Anybody reccomend green tea, someone told me to have that but not too much because of the caffine. Think i will try to sleep during day. Have a bit of a sleep problem though takes me forever to get to sleep. too much stuff on ma mind. raw food sounds like a good one. will have to incoperate it into my new schedule. gym, eat healthier have more fun. Been so serious lately on the financial front, defo runs ya life if you dont watch it.
