How about those businesses where you call and they have it set up sneakily so dialing zero to get a live person makes it hang up on you!
That's so lame! What about their elderly patrons who aren't used to all of this voice menu navigation and are calling from a rotary phone!! (Or folks like me who just want to go ahead and talk to a real person
)
