For me i have an ordered set of techniques that i use to motivate myself so if
the first failed i try the second and then the third and so on
1- talking with my friends and family so they can motivate me
2- Singing "I have a dream" for westlife ... especially the part "If you see the wonders of a fairytale ... you can make the future even if you fail ... i beleive in angels ... something good in everything i see
i beleive in angels , when i know the time is right for me
i will cross the stream i have a dream"
and i keep repeating the last sentence over and over again until i beleive in it "usually i do this while i am crying"
3- Reading Stephen Covey's books and stories about other people's struggle and life biography .... that can be very very helpful
4- Writing quotes that motivates me on a paper and paste it on the wall of my cupical at work just infront of my face so i can read them all the day
fortunately, i didnt have to search for a fifth technique
