I asked about
morning routines a while back and got some good responses. So now I'm curious...what's your evening routine?
I don't have a very elaborate one. I try to write down five things that happened during the day that I was thankful for and meditate for 20 minutes. But I'm wondering if there are some other things I can do to properly close out the day, get ready for sleep and prepare for the next day.
