I have a similar play exercise, cylon. I consider my body then the air then the things around me. I imagine them as atoms, either dense clouds or sparse then I consider that atoms are just particles and particles are just energy fields projected by the vibrations of strings. By then, I feel like a point of self-awareness in a massive ocean of energy. No separation, just currents and tides and pressure systems.
