No, no, no, no! Have you heard of Intermittend Fasting? Go to
www.LeanGains.com right now and check it out. You're spot on with the high protein for satiety and muscle. But "complex" carbs (that only means they're full of toxic lectins) are not the solution, neither are many small meals. Choose a fasting window of 8 hours a day (say from 12AM to 8PM) in which you eat as much meat and veggies and a bit of fruit, to satiety. Then don't have breakfast the next day until you've entered your fasting window at 12AM again.
