If you are familiar with an audio editing software they are pretty easy to make. If you use
Audacity, you can import any sound you want and make it binaural.
All you do is splice it up so the left and right track are separate and edit the frequency of each using the program. I don't have time to give a detailed tutorial but give it a shot you might like messing around with it anyway.
