Dimitry is on a distinguished road

I haven't fully tamed this beast yet but I've definately improved to the point of it having a positive effect on my life. What I mean is that once in a while I might have a period of 1-3 weeks where my schedule goes haywire but then I usually stabalize it for a few months.

What I did was just started going to bed early no matter what and waking up at a time range no matter what. So my going to bed would be ~10-11:30pm and waking up would be 5:30-7am)

As most people here would probably attest, try to contain you sleeping cycles to be divisible by 1.5h's. So go to bed 10-15 min earlier then the amount of sleep you want to get (i.e in bed at 10pm, alarm for 5:45am).

One thing I really need to work at is getting up right away instead of lying there for another 10-15 each day (sometimes up to 30).

Oh and don't eat late (max 8pm I would say but 6pm is a better goal). I structured my food to be a good breakfast)
