Pretty much what a lot of people here have said:
Switch out the bad (or not so good) for the ok to good and great foods.
Lots more fruits veggies, more whole grains than processed. Less meat and more lean, fish, sea food. No pop, only water, tea and sometimes 100% juice.
Once in a while I take supplements my mom recommends (whether it be for 30 day cleanse, energy boost etc)..
