I agree--find something you like doing more than exercise. If you really like rock climbing, you won't notice that you're doing exercise. If you really like swing dancing, you can work up a sweat (honestly) without thinking about all the aerobic exercise you're doing. For me, I love capoiera (brazilian martial art-dance) and do it once a week. It busts my chops and I grunt and squirm more than anyone else there, but I do it because I love to play capoiera.
