I personally think motivation is a activity you'll need to nurture on a daily basis. For me, I
- do a 2km jog 2 times a week, eat breakfast & drink lots of water everyday to increase my energy levels
- post little post it notes (did a Vision Board recently as well) to remind myself of my goals
- listen to motivational audio programs and watch TSTN
- hoping to start a mastermind group of people with similar goals
- do visualization every night before I go to sleep
And it helps a lot that I've got a burning reason for accomplishing my goal. I think that's the most important thing that I focused on which makes sustaining motivation a much easier task.
