Talking catch two tips of the week to loos your weight

take two onions skin and add 5 almonds in it than half cup of milk in it and one cup of water also then grind them. take two table spoon of grinded liquid half hour before break fast it will help you to loos weight and keep u fit whole dry dont forget to try it......
