while you are walking, meditate, or practice visualizing your favorite goal. Then that goal or idea will become closer to reality and as it becomes more discrete, and that light bulb about that goal will go off in your head as the weeks go by, and it will feel awesome and the time that you spend exercizing will just fly by.
