What kind of sports do you like? Find an athlete that you admire and research about him. You may find that the determination and grit that you read or see about that athlete will inspire determination and grit in you. You don't have to do any exercises or specialized training like him if those exercises don't help the body type you want to achieve. But if you find out some doable exercises that the athlete you admire uses, it gives a whole new meaning to that exercise. At least for me it does.
