Drinking 8 to 12 glasses of fresh green juice also makes you drop the pounds by the boatload, and still gets you the nutrients you need. But personally, I think slowly transitioning to a lighter way of eating that contains less bad food (sugar, processed foods, etc) is healthier in the long run.
