I contacted Arrowhead a while back, and they said they don't fluoridate their spring water unless the customer requests it. That's for the delivery service.
Sparkletts told me they fluoridate their water by default.
Fluoride is naturally occurring, however, so even spring water that isn't fluoridated will contain some.
