Some months ago I purchased a product called SHARM 2.0. It was $50 and it has helped me immensely during a very stressful phase in my life.
There are all sorts of features to it, you are supposed to be able to author your own tracks and whatnot, but I have never dabbled with those. I use many of the pre-programmed tracks and enjoy them very much. I must admit that it took me some time to get used to the "feeling" I had in my brain (for lack of a more apt description) when i first started using this product, but that feeling made realize that there is a noticeable effect when in use.
Incidentally, when I was using PATHS, I mentioned on a different thread that the track on my PATHS theatre sounded exactly like one of the tracks from this SHARM software. Not that that's terribly relevant, but if one is taking Aaron's claims into account, SHARM may be a product to investigate further.
Oh, and you can download a free trial prior to buying, which is always lovely. |
