I already explained why.

If I said to any of the guys here "Hey My Handsome" I would consider that behavior from my self inappropriate or sexual harassment.

Would you say comments like that to your male friends and would your partner be ok with it? "Hey My Handsome" or "Hey My Man"
It would depend on me a lot on how I feel it was intended. If it made me feel uncomfortable, I'd ask them to stop.
Only if they wouldn't stop, I'd might feel like being harassed.

I usually do not base how I feel on other peoples definitions. I normally use my own opinions and thoughts to decide how I feel. That is where my question came from.

I'd be ok with friends calling me My Beautiful, or my husband My Handsome. But then again, I'm not jealous at all, and neither is he.

Even if I wouldn't be ok with that, I'd still not consider it harassment. For me, harassment only starts when it is clear that somebody isn't ok with it. For example, if Andrew would continue doing it, after you've told him NO, that would be harassment for me.
