Your are understandably hurt.
After putting in so much thought and effort you probably feel betrayed now that it has come to this.
The reality of it is that you knew it was going to end sooner or later, it's just that you thought you'd be the one ending it (maybe you're feeling some rejection right now).
You are very young and this is a learning experience for you. It has taught you things about life, yourself, relationships and what works for you and what doesn't.
You may not feel this now, but this experience is making you a better person.
