Hi, I think it would help to take a look at your self esteem, try to work out why you are feeling less of yourself.
The appearance of others is not important - it doesn't do anything for you, it doesn't help you in your life so don't worry about it.
When I'm feeling a bit low on the self esteem front I will always do something that I enjoy, not what others think they enjoy, just my preferences.
I like to do gardening for one - so I do a bit, forget my worries and see the result of my work and it makes me feel good, makes me realise my talents.
Try and do something you like (gardening is just one thing for me) - think of something that makes you feel creative.
