If you do whats underneath this, you will likely loose 1KG a week.
If you are really heavy build, please consult a doctor.
Eat 5 or 6 SMALL meals a day every 3 hours or so. i eat at 6, 9, 12, 3 and 6.
Make the small meals healthy, nothing with a lot of fat or sugar. Eat fruit if your hungry between your eating times.
Drink minimal 2 Liter water a day.
DONT eat Chocolate, cookies or other sugary things.
Here is my diet for now as an example.
6am, 2 slices of bread with a little bit of chicken, or 30Gram Grain.
9am, a soup with 2 rice waffles.
12, 2 slices of bread with something on it ( find something healthy)
3pm, Soup with 2 rice waffles
6pm, evening diner. My advice, keep it small and simple plus healthy
Not a full plate of potatoes and a fat pack of meat. I try to keep it with rice or spaghetti's and something like 100 grams of fish .
When you are on a diet, the food itself is not the issue, it is the mental, the thinking that makes you want to diet.
Imagine yourself being in good shape, flexible, healthy.
Visualize what aspects of your life would be better.
