2 ) Fried food ( damaged vegetable oil, oxidized cholesterol ), Our body isnt meant to take food (especially unsaturated fatty acids) that are nuked.
3 ) Refined carbohydrate + denatured vegetable oil ( french fries, cookies, bread loaded with sugar, chips and etc )
Recommended food
Some whole grain, vegetable, some fruits, nuts, organic egg, raw pure mik (NO rBGH ! ) and grass fed animal food. Dont nuke them with high heat though.
