Fasting is a fast way
Fasting (water fast, you'll find it here in the forum) is a fast way. You are loosing almost a kilogram per day. You will gain one or two kilograms when you stop fasting. So a 5 day fast might make you loose 3 or 4 kilograms.
But only do fasting if you read enough about it and if you are in a healthy state. It takes some preparation and some discipline. And make sure you don't follow your old eating habbits once you're done.
