By default, everyone is destined to burn for all eternity in hell. It is the natural course of things. If you go through life preoccupied with worldly things and do not develop an interest in religion, you go to hell. If you do develop an interest in religion, geography may literally damn you to hell if you are unlucky enough to be born in a place or time where religious people become Jews, or Hindus, or Buddhists, or Muslims or anything other than a Christian. Even Christians who believe in Jesus and practice love and forgiveness go to hell because salvation does not lie in the life of Jesus, but only in the death and blood of Jesus and the belief that he died for the forgiviness of your sins.
God intends for as many as possible go to hell but has a plan for salvation that, except for a few missionaries, is spread by word of mouth to friends and family of those already Christian.
