I don't have any specific recommendations, but I think you will need a Korean citizen's ID. Their law requires that with any websites, and even any posting in forums or Youtube, that your national ID number is collected. As far as journalistic and free speech rights go, they were rated among the lowest of developed countries by Reporters Without Borders.

Have you looked into hosting in Taiwan or was that not viable? It's geographically closer to your markets.
