I am an Empath. I feel everything from people around me, lately though my automatic defence has become to shut down and feel nothing (including my own emotions). So, I have 2 questions:
#1. What kind of chakra work can help clear the block?
and
#2. What are some good techniques to bring my chakras closer to me and keep them that way?
