I think you would do better to accept your body for the summer, and work towards improving it slowly.

Do NOT look for quick weight loss schemes. These are not healthy, and are almost never sustainable (i.e. you end up gaining back more weight than you lost)

Instead, make small, healthy LIFESTYLE adjustments (NOT diets). The weight will come of more slowly, but you will be healthier, and more apt to keep it off.
