In a few posts I've mentioned using an infrared sauna that I built a few months ago. Here I thought I'd post a link to the plans I'd used. The plans are free and I simply went by the hardware store to pick up the items mentioned and asked a worker at the store about how to do simple electrical wiring. Altogether everything cost less than $70. Commercial versions are usually well over $1000 (they have nice wood enclosures). A couple hours later everything was together and I was happily using it while reading a book.
