Try alternative forms of working out. For example, instead of just running or walking, why not make it more fun by doing Parkour? Some others:

Wall Climbing
Dancing (Swing, Hip Hop, whatever floats your boat. Even playing DDR can be a great workout!)
Martial Arts
Or anything else that seems fun to you!
