This feels a little embarassing to tell, and might even raise the wrath of feminists, but what the hell.
I've been using sex transmutation all my life, but mostly for working out and doing things which just doesn't motivate me.
I always hated working out and running, but I loved playing basketball and I wanted to get better physically to play it, so whenever I'm doing wind sprints, I'll imagine some Baywatch like babes running in front of me, always slightly ahead, and whenever I slow down they'll leave me behind, and hell, for a full blooded male, you don't want that to happen.
It's quite interesting actually how my mind can actually make my body stay way beyond what is usually its supposed limits just to chase some tail.
