A few months ago, I read an interview with an ex-football player, a real tough guy, called Romo. He claims that "mag loading" (taking a magnesium supplement before bed) made his dreams vibrant and easy to remember.

I haven't tried it...

The B6 connection to dream recall is fairly well known. I remember reading a study in which poor dream recall was considered an indicator for depression, since B6 deficiency and depression often go hand in hand. Maybe you can find something about that. (Seems as though stress would also diminish dream recall if there's a B vitamin correlation.)
