I've heard a different take on Napoleon Hill's transmutation chapter.
Basically, like the book says, sexual energy raises your brain's "vibration." At higher vibrations your brain performs better, to the level of "genius."
Then I heard a podcast somewhere, I'll have to find it if anybody's interested. The author basically described a process where you amplify your brain's vibration first, then set down to do a task. Your brain's vibration can be turned up by creating some sexual energy. Basically, get yourself horny. Hang around a person your really attracted to, but don't expend that sexual energy in the normal sense.
So I tried it out. I wrote one of my best school essays a few days ago. First I thought about this girl that I've been hitting on, then I'd go sit down and write. If I felt my attention waning, I just thought of her again until I felt compelled to finish my essay again. I worked faster and produced a wicked essay that I was really proud of.
