the biggest thing i notice when i stay away from milk specifically is that i am not as congested when i wake up in the morning. brushing teeth takes a lot less time cause there's less first-thing-in-the-morning gunk to hack up (TMI sorry, but true).
i still do eat a little cheese here and there but i stay away from milk 99% of the time. a soy latte can taste just as great as a cows' milk one.
