I love dairy products, but have regretfully stopped using them after a couple of trials proved that my skin is better when I avoid them. I've always had mild acne, but it almost vanishes when I don't use milk/cheese/etc. I experimented with organic and raw milk, but it didn't seem to make a difference. Apparently there are enough natural hormones in milk to cause trouble for me. Sigh. Vanity wins, so please pass the Rice Dream.
