I believe that hell and earth are internal experiences you live as external illusions that you perceive.
What you create inside reflects on the outside like a mirror.
Life for most people is suffering.
The goal of spirituality is to let go of this suffering. And if you can well, why not get some joy as well.
You don't have to become one, or the buddha or whatever for this to happen.
It's lying dormant inside all of us. The mind is the cause of the suffering, because it is the filter through which we experience reality. And if you start to believe that what you see is real, then hell will be on earth.
Once you start to realize, that you are not what your mind thinks you are. This does not happen through forum debates, intellectualization, rationalization, or reading through 100 scripture texts.
That is the ego trying to get bigger, which is fine as long as you know it so.
You realize it through knowing. Which can only be felt, and never understood logically, or coined or labeled by words which do nothing but constrain and limit it's true meaning.
