Welcome to the forum Scarelicious . I guess there are 2 types of astral vampires , flesh and blood people that most dont know they are astral vampires and the ghost like shape shifters you discribe . For the flesh and blood type , I have heard if you dont look them in the eyes they cant get your energy . I would think a shield of white lite would provide some protection as well . desert rat
