We can create a heaven on earth for ourselves, as well. We can create and live out our dreams. I've personally created a pretty serious hell for myself. I've lived with numerous very severe mental illnesses, on top of addictions and other disorders, self-mutilation and years of suicidal thinking. It was nightmare life. Then I started having spiritual experiences that showed me I could heal myself, turn my life around and show others how to do the same. And over the process of 8 years, I found that healing, mostly through the basic tenets put forth by the self-help authors out there. He who overcometh shall inherit the earth. We really can overcome anything, and create exactly what we want. I continue to have experiences with the light, filtering more and more into my world. It is channelling heaven into my world. And it's dependent on my choice on how much I am willing to let go of; how much I'm willing to take responsibility for, and how much I generate of this dream from my very base--the base we are all connected to: the field of all possibilities. We will only perceive as much spiritual light as we are open to and willing to experience.
After progressing for many years, two years ago, I had ongoing spiritual experiences over the course of a few weeks. I had crossed beyond the polarity world of good/bad, and found an ongoing level of spiritual purity where the truth was all good. And I REAL-ized that this truth was our very basis. We are one with this truth in each minute, and each one of us can re-COGNIZE and REAL-ize this as well.
