False awakenenings are common in lucid dreams. I sometimes have a lucid dream, then another dream discussing my lucid dream, then a third dream realizing that the first two were still dreams. Just practice, play, and experiment. Have a plan ready... a program... for the dream you want to have the next time you find yourself lucid.
