I don't really know about all that stuff you were talking about before, but I recently experienced my first lucid dream, so I know what it feels like.
I feels exactly like real life, looking back on it, I know that I was dreaming, but I remember that during the dream, the only way I could tell that it wasn't reality were the dreamsigns in it.(There was an ice rink in my school's gym) It felt completely real while I was talking to a few people at my school.
