Ooh, this is a good point! Again, I wish I knew specifically what you're trying to change, but when I wanted to start eating healthy foods, I knew the only thing that would actually motivate me was the thought of staying thin. So every time I saw an unhealthy food, I would think to myself, "That's what a FAT person would eat." Lol not the PC way to stay in shape, but it worked wonders! I don't even eat dessert anymore because it's too associated in my head with becoming unattractive. And then of course eventually you notice that you feel better overall on a healthier diet anyway and the whole thing just becomes easy.
