I went to a HayHouse I Can Do It conference a while back to see Wayne Dyer speak. At the time, I knew nothing of Jerry and Esther Hicks but through the I Can Do It conference, I was able to spend all Friday at an Esther and Jerry seminar for very little money (much less than what they normally charge). I chose to see them simply because I saw on Amazon that Wayne Dyer had written the forward to their book. That was all I knew about them.
Today, I am still skeptical of psychics and channelers but back during the time of this conference I wasn't even open to the idea.
Esther was so convincing that I was forced to rethink my beliefs in this area. For 5 hours, she channeled Abraham and answered questions in a way that was so natural but yet was clearly not her speaking. And this was obvious when you watched her speak normally. There is a slight but clear change in accent and tone.
Also, you could just feel the peace and joy radiating from Esther and Jerry whether they were on stage or off. There is a presence about them that is undeniable. There is no sense of alterior motives, no sense of selfishness. They really do seem to genuinely want to help people and they feel they have been given this great gift to do it.
As I said, I am still skeptical of psychics, but that day really opened my eyes.
Erin, suggested you see them in person or listen to a tape. I agree, but if you don't want to spend any money you can listen to a few hours of their seminars for free if you go to hayhouseradio.com
BTW, I don't believe Abraham is all knowing and right about everything. I do believe Abraham is a valuable resource though.
