Start with just one small thing e.g. decide that you'll get out of bed at 8:00 as soon as your alarm goes off NO MATTER WHAT

Then make that into a 90 day trial

Once you complete those 90 days it will be an ingrained unchangeable habit

Then pick something else you want to change about yourself.

This is how i quit porn, smoking and reading tabloids last year
