shreds of truth
Well, yeah we are using Steve's web site. It's all free for us. I think Steve puts out ideas, and many actually are not agreeing right away. Although, he does seem to have an air of authority just from putting together so much and having so many interested. Many probably read his stuff and find insights they haven't had.
I always try to see the Truth in what he writes. In other words, I think, if something is of value then it will have shreds of Truth to it and should fit into what I already think is True. Or one or the other is not real.
Meanwhile I try to understand his polarity idea, and first was just quickly off on my own tangent. So is my own tangent something you wish this forum supported better? Now, you say, this forum should be more of a think tank, OK. I'm with that, I hope. I mean there's something to critiqueing that is also a way to learn about what you yourself thinks. Some critiques are just starting points for new ideas that people have because of thinking about something Steve wrote or another's post for that matter. But maybe there's not as much of that as you wish there could be.
Thinking for yourself is similar to breaking conditioned behaviours - and both thinking for yourself and letting go of conditioning are precisely what leads to Truth.
